Returns

moltenRelic only accepts returns or claims for quality issues: damaged items, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items sent.

We don't accept returns for change of mind, wrong size or style, or general dissatisfaction, because once items ship they can't be resold as new inventory.

How to File a Claim

Send clear photos plus the order number and a short description within 30 days of delivery to moltenrelic@gmail.com.

After review, you can choose either a free replacement or a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

Must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. You can choose a replacement or a full refund.
